How to use
- Fill the fields with numbers you measured or were quoted.
- Click Calculate.
- Change one input and run it again. The interesting answer is the difference.
- If a handbook or a product label disagrees, believe that, not this page.
Offsets are not opinions, but daylight saving is a calendar. This form adds the hours you type. If you are unsure whether the other city has changed clocks, look it up.
Worked example. 15:00 plus 5 hours is 20:00. 15:00 plus -8 hours wraps to 7:00. Type the offset you already confirmed.
Do not use this for legal filing deadlines. Those follow a named time zone and a statute, not a subtraction.
