We want you to be fully satisfied with your Zelpura purchase. If you're not happy with your order, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
To be eligible, items must be unused and in their original packaging. To start a return, contact us at support.zelpura@gmail.com with your order number.
Once we receive your return, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us with a photo and your order number — we'll arrange a free replacement or full refund, no return shipping needed.
If your order hasn't arrived after 60 days from the shipping confirmation date, contact us for a reshipment or refund.
